Privacy notice
This is an English summary of the Polish privacy policy, which is the binding version. It covers the waitlist on this page and the Meeties app.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Karol Komisarczyk, running a business as KAROL KOMISARCZYK UXPERIENCE, NIP (tax ID) 5273096906, ul. Redutowa 52/37, 01-131 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: karol.komisarczyk@uxperience.design. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

This page uses no cookies and no tracking tools. The video is hosted on our own server, not YouTube. We keep your email until you withdraw consent, and for no longer than 12 months after Meeties launches.
3. The app (summary)
To create an account we need your email (for one-time login codes) and date of birth (Meeties is 18+). Your profile name, photo and bio are visible to other users. Your area and interests are used only to show you nearby meetups. For public meetups the exact place is visible to everyone; for private ones it is shown only to accepted participants. Points and your leaderboard position are visible to logged-in users unless you hide yourself in Settings. We do not sell data and show no ads. Full details, retention periods and all processors are in the Polish policy.
4. Who processes the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting of this page and the waitlist database.
- Supabase, Inc. (USA) — app database, login and photos, stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — sending login codes, from EU servers.
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc., USA), Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Maps) and OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK) — push notifications, maps and address search in the app.
Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies and otherwise by standard contractual clauses; transfers to the UK by the European Commission’s adequacy decision. We will send a copy of the safeguards on request.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time — just email karol.komisarczyk@uxperience.design. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your country.
6. Changes
We will announce changes on this page and in the app. The current version is always at this address.
